A state-wide universal school lunch initiative has been granted a one-year extension, meaning 400,000 Massachusetts students will continue to receive free meals regardless of family income level. Meals are provided through the summer, too — find a Summer Eats Meal Site near you. 🥪 (CBS Boston)
Traffic -
WFH life might mean greater road congestion. While a new survey found that only 17% of Bostonians prefer to work in an office every day, those who do commute are opting to drive alone rather than take public transport. Job -
If you like piña coladas, you might just want to check out this job with the City. The Director of Strategic Initiatives will design + execute projects to promote equitable economic development, though a nightlife focus has coined the position the “late-night czar” (think: expanding liquor licenses + potentially bringing back happy hour). 🍸 (Boston Business Journal)
